Monitoring and Rebooting
Find out precisely what the Monitoring & Rebooting option involves and the reasons you will need it.
Managing your own hosting machine might not be a breeze and in some cases it may be really frustrating, especially if you don't have much experience and you are not sure what to do in specific scenarios. The hosting machine has its own Operating System and processes running on it, so you might have to cope with challenges which you haven't stumbled upon with a standard shared hosting package where the provider handles the hosting server maintenance while you manage just your web content by using a hosting Cp. If some service stops responding, for instance, or some process start overloading the server, you shall have to take measures to restore the proper operation of the machine. In case you haven't dealt with this sort of situations in the past, you could take advantage of the Monitoring & Rebooting function, which is a part of our optional Managed Services upgrade pack.
Monitoring and Rebooting in Dedicated Hosting
It will take you a couple of clicks to include the Managed Services bundle to the dedicated hosting plan which you have chosen and our seasoned team of admins will start monitoring the machine closely to ensure that it's up and running adequately all the time. A lot of automated checks will also be included, so they shall be aware of any problem the second it appears. High Processor load, an application using a lot of memory or a system process which has stopped responding are simply a few illustrations of the problems that we can keep an eye for and take care of once the basis for their appearance is determined. If required, the dedicated hosting server shall also be restarted, so you won't need to do anything whatsoever on your end. With this service you won't have to pay to third-party monitoring organizations that are only able to notify you if anything goes wrong but do not have the access to fix a problem.
